Failure Is Not An Excuse, Its A Reminder...

For so many years, everything was going normal. Whatever I had wished, I got it. But one day, suddenly, everything seemed to be falling apart, and thats when I realised, I've started to 'fail'.

Failure; The condition of not achieving the desired end or result. Basically, failure is when you do not meet the exact needs or expectations set by yourself or the people around you. As we all are aware of the fact that there are certain goals every humans has in his mind. These aims or goals can or cannot be self-made. But anyhow, they are a human's reason to work, to struggle and to reach the given destination.

But why do we fail? Is it because we're not putting enough effort or our attitude towards a certain thing is not right?
I am that sort of a person who has seen failures more than the good success! Not that I am some experienced Einstein or anything. But yes, I have had my set of constant reminders telling me that I need to change. The answer to my above question could most probably be that when a certain thing or job needs modification in our attitude, it stops giving us the desired result.

Failure is not an excuse to quit. As per my belief, its more like an alarm clock that wakes us up from the state of not being 'good enough'. Many times, we are in a position when believing that everything is going as good as needed makes us feel so much better. But when the results show up, we're shattered if they do not meet our expectations. But what do we need to do if we want to make things go our way, the required way?

Its simple! The difference between Human species and Angels is; The former ones make mistakes.
But the biggest difference between the failures and achievers is; the latter keeps learning from the mistakes, and never gives up on fulfilling his desire.

That's exactly why we need failures. To keep telling us that as we grow up, there are certain things that require a change.

You see, I cannot expect the world to believe that I studied hard in the exams, until I get good grades. If I end up failing, its basically telling me that there is something missing in my effort, or my behavior towards the studies which demands me to transform into someone more committed and honest.
And when I get the results that can meet the expectations of myself and people around me, its telling me that I have proven myself as an achiever.

And of course, the story of the King and The Spider, has been in our textbooks for as long as one can remember. Now I know, why it was such an important question back in the days!

As they say,"Failure is not when you fall down in the race. Its when you fall down, and never get up."

Just have faith in yourself, in your capabilities, and never let anything come in your way. Not even an "F" Grade. Because If failing were to stop humans from reaching their goals, then the word success from dictionary would be removed, immediately!

"Stay the same and you'll keep falling down. Bring one little change, be a little more committed and you'll see success knocking on your door every moment, its your call."

Go Crazy..

So, I am in some real chilled mood today. Well, yeah, it is a miracle as I am someone my friends often like to refer as 'Dukhi Aatma (Sad Soul's insulting version)'; thats me *smiles*

Actually, what happened really was that I watched a movie the other day. Yes, you might have heard it a thousand times that people feel like a total different human being after watching some random feel-good movie. But I actually did feel good. That day, I was going through some depressing moments. Had a break-up with a very close friend. And as panicking is something I normally do, ended up panicking and embarrassing myself, as usual.
Anyhow, the movie was "Zindagi Na Milegi Dubara (Life would not be granted to you, again). It was a real awesome movie. And most of all, it was basically the refreshment I needed at that certain moment.

The main theme behind it was, face your fears. Yes, face the things that keep you up at nights, those scary stupid things that ruin your days, and those crazy desperations which dont let you feel good most of the time.  So, live in the day, the present. Forget what might come in the future. Because you never know if life is going to be your best friend in the coming days or not.

Just live in the moment, enjoy everything thats with you, right now! Whats gone, was never meant to be yours. What you got is your blessing enough, because hundreds of thousands of people dream of the lifestyle, the life you have. It goes out to everyone, including myself, to live in the moment, thank your LORD for blessing you with every little thing you're honored with.

The least we can do is, smile! The best that can be done is, go crazy! Do the things you've never tried. Dance on your ringtone with your partner, call some random friend to say 'Hi', kiss your mother's hands and tell her you love her the most in the whole world. IM a friend and let them know of something they did good for you and how thankful you are. Skype a friend and tell them you missed listening their voice.
If you live an outgoing life, then go into a Mall, meet some old people and tell them they look beautiful. For people who hardly take time out for themselves, try grooming yourself today. Just go CRAZY! Trust me, it feels as good as being in heaven!

Life would not be granted to us, again! Its a fact, an ultimate truth. A reality that cannot be ignored. So why not live every moment, forget the worries and concentrate on the current blessings, rather than whats gone and would never come back? Be positive about the future, but dont be afraid or worried about it. As they say "Hope for the best, but prepare for the best."

If you lose someone, they never deserved you.
If you lose something, it was never meant to be yours.
Learn to love yourself. Dont go around telling everyone how sad you're on a certain failure. Instead, when they ask you why you failed, just tell them,"Watch me! Succeeding in a better way."

Never let anything bring you down. Never let anyone tell you that you cannot achieve anything. Be courageous enough to face challenges, and strong enough to not let anything stop you from winning it.

Life is a one time oppurtunity. Once its gone, its gone! No going back, no stopping it. Yes, it does sound like some Eminem-Rap, but thats why he is so popular. Because what he, sometimes, says is true.
Believe in yourself, smile, take a deep breath and... GO CRAZY :D

"I dont cry in the rain, so no one can see me crying. I'd rather dance in it, so other ones who are crying, can join me, and feel better." - Me :)

Life; Ordinary Or ExtraOrdinary?

Ordinary Life; how do you define one? A person who wakes up in the morning, takes his breakfast, reads the newspaper, does all the 'average' stuff everyone else does. Then gets ready, takes his keys, drives to office, drops his kids to school. His wife, if not a working lady, meanwhile stays in the house. Cooks, cleans and again, does all the 'average' stuff everyone else does.

The man comes back home, kids doing their homework, gree
t their dad. While the lady of the house, sets the table for dinner. Everyone sits, takes a bite or two. And then comes the awkward silence. Everyone has something going on in their minds, which they want to discuss badly, but may not be able to.
The teenage girl is going through some weird feeling issues, she is not able to talk about. The boy, on the other hand, has no idea why he failed the test, eventhough he tried his level best. The little one, who saw some new gadget in the hands of a kid in school, is desiring to buy it, but has no guts to ask for it.

The husband, looks at his wife and wonders.. "Is that the life I dr
eamed for? Is she really the one?" Whereas the wife, taking her last bite of the meal thinks,"Just another day passed.. Oh Lord! I need the rest.."

That is, Ordinary Life.
The fears, the confusions, the torn apart, heartbroken, regretful people who are normally seen with dark circles around their eyes, and always faking a smile are the people who actually could use a break from Ordinary Life.

But what exactly is the reason we oftenly interpret life as Ordinary
Or Extraordinary?
In my humble opinion, and observation, people who follow the same routine every single day get used to the hurt, the pain that comes with it. They are not able to differentiate between boredom and 'being used to something'.
And when they see someone doing different things, and apparently enjoying their life, they believe that man is living an extraordinary life. Not knowing that this man has his own depressions and/or pain hurting him.

So, what exactly makes life "Extraordinary"?

My experience: Hope! If you have one reason to hope for the best, hope that things would get better, hope that life would make sense some day, it would! Everything would become fine once you hope for it. But is hoping enough? Well, ofcourse not. You cannot just sit on the desk of your cabin and hope that your work would be done by the end of the office timings. Or you cannot just let your notebook lay on the table and hope for your homework to be done.

You need to work, and work really hard to get everything done, that is your responsibility.
Hope, basically, adds the factor of happiness and passion into your
efforts. If you work hard, with no hope, everything seems like a burden. But if you struggle, or even strive to get something, with hope, its all worth the wait, eventually. When you get the good results, the feeling of "I knew I'd do it" and the happiness behind it, just makes your day!
But if you get bad results, after hope, it does shatter you no doubt. But makes you say, I did try and I wont give up!

Hope, is pretty much, the difference between the Ordinary Life And ExtraOrdinary Life. Its on us, what we make out of every single moment.

If the same man, defined above, sits on the dinner table, with a
different attitude, a different behaviour, he might be able to make everyone's day better.
If he asks his son, why he is upset instead of judging him, the son and the father could bond really quick and the boy would not ever feel ashamed of his failures, rather he would be able to try harder the next time.
If the same man, would ask his wife, if she needs anything, or if he could do anything, or does anything to make her feel better, once in a while, it would make her feel valued.
If the same man, asks his daughter to share things with him, and does not judge her character or personality, she would be able to trust him, have faith in him, and know that if she messes up, he'll back her up!
If the same man, is hopeful, and makes everyone hopeful too,
then the Ordinary Life turns into ExtraOrdinary, without putting much effort in. Just a little change of attitude, and you would live the best out of every single day.

As I read once, "It Might Take A Whole Bunch Of People to Bring A Revolution, But It Takes Only One Man's Idea, To Theme It.." If you change your attitude today, you might be able to change the surroundings, the people, the sadness and the same boring routine around you.. Just hope, that things would be all right!

Just be the reason of other people's hopes, because may be, your smile and a kind gesture is all they need. You dont need to be a celebrity to live a perfect life. A positive attitude can give you a lot more satisfaction then material things can.
